Our commitment
We are working toward an experience that people can use across different abilities, devices, input methods and levels of financial confidence. Accessibility is part of product quality, not a final-stage checklist.
What we design for
- Clear headings, labels and plain-language explanations.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls.
- Visible focus states and meaningful link text.
- Sufficient colour contrast and information that never relies on colour alone.
- Responsive layouts, text resizing and reduced-motion preferences.
- Semantic structure and useful descriptions for assistive technology.
Financial results
Safe-to-Spend outcomes will combine words, icons and explanations—not colour alone. Forecasts will communicate uncertainty and assumptions in plain language, with actions users can take next.
Standards and testing
We aim to align the public website and product with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. As ixpend develops, we will combine automated checks with keyboard, screen-reader and user testing. This statement is not yet a claim of full conformance.
Tell us what is not working
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email accessibility@ixpend.com. Please include the page, device or assistive technology involved and what you were trying to do. We will use that information to investigate and improve the experience.
